When you use The Agency ("Service"), we collect:
- Account information: Email address and authentication data when you sign up (including via Google OAuth)
- Conversations: Messages you send to your agent and the responses generated
- Connected accounts: References to services you connect (Gmail, Calendar, Slack, etc.). OAuth tokens are managed by our integration partner, Composio, not stored by us directly.
- Usage data: Credit usage and transaction history
- Device information: If you use Agency Link, device name and connection status for linked devices
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Provide and operate the Service
- Process your requests through your AI agent
- Store conversation history and memories to improve your agent's responses
- Execute actions on connected accounts as instructed by you
- Process payments and track credit usage
3. Third-Party Services
Your data is processed by third-party services to provide functionality:
- Supabase: Authentication and database hosting
- AI providers: Your messages are sent to AI models to generate responses
- Composio: OAuth token management for connected services (Gmail, Calendar, Slack, etc.)
- Stripe: Payment processing (we do not store your payment card details)
Each third-party service has its own privacy policy governing how they handle your data.
Third-party tools and MCP servers: When you connect third-party tools or MCP servers (including via Agency Link), your requests and data may be processed by those tools. Tool calls are relayed between our servers and your local device. We do not control what data third-party tools access or how they process it. Review the privacy practices of any tools you connect.
4. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored in secured databases. We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
5. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us through the feedback channels in the application.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Disconnect any connected third-party accounts at any time
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
